I need to import more .dbf files to MYSQL with Collation
big5_chinese_ci .

Navicat can make .dbf to MYSQL , but only 1 file one time. I have more
than 1000 files need to transfer.

Anyone know how to do ?

Try DBConvert tool from http://www.dbconvert.com/convert-fox...-mysql-pro.php
It is able to convert bunch of DBFs to MySQL and it supports chinese
as well.

If you use a unix server, did you give a try to dbf2mysql ? I've been
using it for years as command line for hundreds files and it works
perfect. I don't know if chinese language is supported though.
