Write Data to two databases using SOAP/XML - 03-02-2007 , 07:33 AM

I have a SQL Server 2000 database and I need to insert and update data
in the SQL Server databse and
also post those same inserts and updates in a remote database using
XML/SOAP.

I'm hoping someone can point the way.
