Default SQL sever 2005 express move windowns authentication choice to mixed authentication - 08-22-2007 , 05:33 AM






I folks.

I Have installed sql server 2005 express and choosed windows
authentication on instalation, but i make a mistake and now i need
mixed authentication, how can i modify this whithout uninstall and
install again the application?

If you have not downloaded SQL Server Studio Management Express, do so,
and then open the server in Object Explorer. Select the Server itself
and choose Properties. You find the setting on the Securities tab. You
need to restart SQL Server for it to take effect.
