Is there a admin tool, preferably GUI, for remote administration of mssql
servers that will run on a Linux OS ... maybe something similar to
phmyadmin for mysql servers.

Also, is SQL Server the same as MS-SQL Server? If so then maybe the free
TOAD tool will work from a Wine session on Linux?
