We are willing to pay salary of 60K to 70K/year or depending on
experience
Need contractor to assist the agency in migrating it's ArcIMS 9.1
site, MS SQL Server database to the latest version. The contractor
will perform the following tasks:

Update user interface
Migrate data to accommodate new database fields


Skills Required:

Must have experience with ArcIMS 9+.


Preferred:

Experience with MS SQL Server 2000, ASP .NET
