there's a command-line switch which allows you to specify the sa
password. I can't recall what it is off the top of my head, but try
<installername>.exe /?
to get a list of parameters and examples of usage
sort-of, yes. make sure you run through the licence terms and make sure
it does what you want without actually being disallowed....
