Can i have two instalation of SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 in a single server
WIN 2003 as programs seperate, without i have´nt conflict ?

If el anwser is Yes, What it is the order of instalation and what
prevention will do?

Yes, i have SQL2000 and SQL2005 on the same server without problems.
Installed 2000 first and 2005 second. Take care that instance names are
different, you can't use the same instance name in 2000 and in 2005.
