Default Can't append a record to SQL Server table because of OLE field - 02-07-2011 , 02:30 PM

Hello
I am trying to append from Access to a SQL Server table - one record.
I am told the problem is because of the OLE datatype in the sql table.
We used to be able to do it but for the last few years the sql server
has not let us. Does anybody have any ideas on what can be the cause
of this problem?
Thanks
Tony

I think this question is better asked in an Access forum. They might
know what the "OLE datatype" is. All I know is that there is no such
type in SQL Server.
