Default Backup Exec and MS SQL Server 2005 - 02-26-2008 , 02:31 AM

Hi!

I'm trying to do a log backup of a SQL Server 2005 database with Backup Exec
v11d (incl. SQL agent).
But I get the following error:

The item server.domain.local\DATABASE in use - skipped.

Backup- server.domain.local V-79-57344-33938 -
An error occurred on a query to database DATABASE.
V-79-57344-33938 - Exclusive access could not be obtained because the
database is in use.

If I do a log backup from SQL Server 2005 itself, backup is running fine
without errors.

What am I doing wrong ? Have I misunderstood the way Backup Exec and log
backup works ?

Thanks in advance,

:-) Jens
