append data from multiple tables in one db to multiple tables in
another db and replace all foreign keys with new foreign key in
appended data. Foreign key based on new primary key created when
appending to one of the tables. In other words, the old primary key
and foreign key relationships must be maintained until the new primary
key is there and until all related tables have the new foreign key in
place.

There is one db to have 170 projects and related data added to it, one
blank db to be created (from the appendee db and have 32 records added
to it from an existing db)

Anyone out there that would like to do this for me?
