Access 2003. My problem is that if I use a 9 point truetype font, some textboxes on my reports are truncated on the right, i.e., they will drop a character or will truncate in the middle of a printed character. It is not a 'can grow' issue. This property is set to True for the textbox itself and the section it lives in. All of the lines of text print except that a character or fraction of a character on some lines may be cut off on the right. It is not a margins issue since the truncated characters do not appear on the next page. I've tried three different true type fonts (Tahoma, Arial, and Times Roman) and so long as the font size is set to 9, I have this problem. Setting to size 8 or 10 or 11, the problem goes away. Every time I change the font size I do a Format->Size to fit, so that's not the issue either. I have gone into page setup and tried multiple 'specific printers', all with the same result. I'm not sure what else to try other than to avoid using 9 point truetype fonts. Any suggestions on what else to look for? Thanks. Bruce |

It would appear that there is a difference in the drivers for your display and your printer when it comes to rendering that particular size of that particular typeface. That, by the way, is not uncommon. *I just manually adjust until the printed output is the way I want it, if downloading current drivers doesn't cure the problem. *Larry Linson *Microsoft Office Access MVP "BruceB" <deluxeinformat...
