Hi everyone, I have a subreport that needs to stay a specific size and I'm using it to display a single field that (County Name) that can have 1 or more values depending on the parent record. What I'm trying to do is have these values display in a way that displays the first 3 values in a column (as it normally would) but when the "bottom" of the subreport is reached then to start a second column (and a third, fourth, etc.). Basically, I'm trying to get the subreport to not expand at all but to fill the available space with the relevant information. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, D... |

I would expect setting the subreport control's CanGrow to No and the subreport's number of columns to however many will fit to do what you want. -- Marsh |
