Default Selecting First Entries - 11-27-2011 , 07:06 PM

I have a query that displays around 600 entries for about 65 students
that are grouped by name and then by time and day of their classes for
that week.
I need to see only the first entry for each student with the time and
day of their first class for the week.
How do I select these entries for a report and not display the rest?

I assume you created a "totals" query In the querybuilder. Open up
the query. In the Time/Date field click on the dropdown and change
the "GroupBy" to "First".
