Default SELECT DISTINCT but without using SQL? - 10-27-2011 , 01:41 PM

Like the subject says - is there a way (some button or dialog I can't
seem to find) to use the DISTINCT parameter (as in SELECT DISTINCT) in
the design view of Access? I know I can add DISTINCT to the SQL view
but was curious is I'm just not seeing it "in the GUI".

Thanks in advance for the help!

BJ

In the upper part of the Query Builder, right-click and choose Properties,
then in the resulting dialog, select Yes for Unique Values.

You can check the SQL before and after, by clicking to SQL View.
