Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Irwin dale, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities:
• 6-8yrs of overall experience in SAP HR
• 3-4yrs of hands on experience in SAP LSO -- A MUST
• Must have completed a minimum of 2 SAP LSO full life-cycle
implementations -- A MUST
• Solid functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR Time &
Payroll
and OM SAP ESS/MSS project experience is a must (ECC 6) in at least 1
full cycle implementation
• Solid knowledge of the SAP Learning Solution with Learning
portal
and setting up Training Management
• Learning Portal Strong functional knowledge of training
processes
Analyze training requirements and configure the system Design
solutions using standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified
gaps -- A strong HR background
