Default Report printing problems - 03-07-2008 , 04:27 AM

Hi, I have a database I am using on my work network. All software has
been updated to 2003. The original database was created in 2000
format, however I have now converted this to 2003. The majority of
users run the database via run-time 2003.

Since the software updates, users accessing through run-time, are
unable to print or run reports. All other functions are available.

Can anyone help??? please

You're not providing enough information.
To debug this, I would go to one of the users in the minority (who is
using the full version of Access) and first test if they can print
from Word. Then open Access and in the Immediate Window enter:
DoCmd.OpenReport "SomeReallySimpleReport"
and see if that prints.
Then in the debugger step through the code for a real report.
Hopefully the situation will become clearer and you can post a more
specific message.

That's odd.

Are you referring to the menu bar with the Print icon disabled? Or is
it that the command
Docmd.OpenReport "MyReport"
crashes>

Have you dl'd Office 2003 SP2 (or SP3 and the hotfix Allen Browne
mentioned in the past) on their machine?
