WRONG ANSWER
just because jet security sucks doesn't mean you need to build a form for every table.

Move to Access Data Projects, then you can write triggers to do anything you want- and you only have to maintain those in ONE PLACE.

life is simpler if you lost the training wheels and moved to Access Data Projects.

farther than COBOL? You surely seem to see no farther than ADPs.
