http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm, where you will find that
advertising such as you posted (aka SPAM) is unwelcome here. Advertising is
permissible in technical discussion newsgroups _only_ if permitted by the
charter -- you'll find the charter at the same URL and it does not permit
advertising.

As an aside, I will comment that participants here view that anyone spamming
a businessperson audience in a technical discussion newsgroup as being
"clueless" which makes them _less_ likely to purchase the product... so not
only did you irritate the participants, you quite possibly _cost_ your
employer some sales of the product. An appropriate description for that
effect, in case you are also as clueless about the English language idioms
is "poetic justice". Or, as Rollo, in the Katzenjammer Kids comic of old
would say, "You brought it on yourself."
