Interesting. I'm using A2007 with a custom QAT (quick access toolbar)
created via the USYSRIBBON table. If a user has the standard QAT in
their general Access setup, then my custom QAT has all of my chosen
icons.

But, if the user customizes his QAT in another database, then opens my
database, some of my chosen icons do not display on the QAT.

If that same user, closes my database, open his own database, opens
the QAT and clicks the RESET button, then re-opens my database, all of
my selected icons display.

Does that make sense to you?
