Default problem printing labels from MS Access application - 01-13-2011 , 10:14 AM

Hello;
We are using a Zebra TLP 2844 printer. The Access application executes
the print job (user selects a button to run the print). Sometimes two
addresses will print on one label (all the labels will end up with two
addresses on each). When we reboot (turn off and then back on) the
Zebra printer and re-print the job, the job prints correctly - one
address per label. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Can we
eliminate the Access application as contributing to the problem? Does
anyone think this is a printer driver issue?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Tony

Typically, problems like this are caused by an out-dated or corrupt print
driver. Try downloading the latest driver and reinstalling it.
