I want a page break to be inserted when printed names of people in a
new "Team". It works but I have a blank first page that contains
nothing be the report title in Page Header. How do I get rid of that
blank page?

From Grouping and sorting on the menu I'd sort on Team and person. I'd
then create a group on team and a footer for that group. Then in the
property sheet for that footer set it to eject a page after printing.
