Win7 / Office 2010

Has got an error where the app(Access) not answering.
I closed the program...

In that case I have lost my Packet wizard solution...

The Addin Packet is disappeared in Access...

Has tried to remove / add Packet wizard again in Control panel.
Has tried to repair Office 2010 in Control panel.

But i do not get the Packet wizard installed again...
Please help with this problem...

I got the solution...
The reg keys were gone...
Create new user with admin rights, and u can export the regkeys from
there...
