Double-click on your database to open Access, instead of clicking on the
Access icon, or change the command-line that's processed when you click on
the Access icon to refer to your database.
I don't know a way to alter Access itself to run a particular database every
time it is opened... if that is what you wanted, like to run your database
application before running any other DB. But you can create an icon (and
use the Access symbol) that opens your database with Access.
