MS Community Answers Forum No Longer Accessible with Community NNTP Bridge

News (2011-02-28):
The Answers forums moved to a new platform. The new platform does
not provide any WebService. Therefor the NNTP bridge will not work
for the new Answers 2.0 platform anymore! If you find this
annoying, then please feel free to complain here:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/f.../forum?tab=all

The msdn, social and microsoft forum is not affected by this
change! Only the Answers forums!

I see a number of posts in the feedback forum complaining about
this. Without it, I won't contribute under any circumstances.

What is MS's problem here? There is no logical reason for killing
the NNTP Bridge at all (unlike there was for killing the NTTP
newsgroups).

I see from the feedback that the new forums are *rilly* popular with
the users, too.
