Have 6+ yrs of testing experience
Have mainframe testing experience ( mainframe knowledge is a must);
batch testing exp as a MUST
Must have good communication skills
Financial/Mutual fund exp would be very helpful
some mainframe testing experience (if has mainframe development
experience)
