list of members in access?

Hi to everyone,

I need to make a list of members / employers, so I would like that every
employer has his own data which I can easily access. Fields: First name,
last name, Adress, Phone, Mobile, e-mail, membership, notes, photo (I would
like to put a small photo), and maybe some other custom fields.

I know that it sounds crazy but I really don't know how to make it so that I
can easy search database and access any of these members quick.

Can somebody help me, without using wisards.

Ok I found what I need here

but it is only for office 2007, I have an office 2003, can somebody please
convert that database for MS access 2003 so that I can open it and use it,
please!

I think if you open up access there are templates you can select...like

ContactList.
