I am trying to get an image to appear on a report in Access 2007. So
far I've tried:

1. Adding it as an embedded image
2. Adding it as a linked image
3. Adding a table with the image as a bitmap OLE object
4. Adding a table with the image as a package OLE object

The image appears when I'm in design mode on item 1 and 2, but it is
blank when it prints.

What am I doing wrong? I've never had all these problems with images
before.

There is an example in "classic Access" (that is, works on 2003 and earlier
versions; untested on 2007 and 2010) at http://accdevel.tripod.com. This
may or may not be of help to you, if you are determined to use only the "new
stuff" in more recent versions, but, to the best of my knowledge, it should
work just-fine-thankee in those later versions, too.

However, from the descriptions of the features and functions, there should
be an easier way to implement display of images in reports (many of the
limitations of saving the images in OLE fields, aka as OLE Objects, were
supposed to have been eliminated).

What I wound up doing is setting the image source on the Format
function of the report. Worked like a charm.
