Hello, I am using Access 2003, Windows XP SP3. On one of my forms, there are several sub-forms held on pages of a tab control. I have replaced the in-built tab buttons with a combination of a rectangle, image and text box. The tab control settings are: Back Style - Transparent, Multi Row - No, Style - None. This works when the mdb is made into an mde, and when it is viewed using A2003 runtime with either mdb or mde. I put this on to a machine with Vista Business SP2, and it worked as expected, with the rectangle/image/text box combination bring up the required page on the tab control. I made some updates (on other parts of the database), version 2, and the tab control replacements continue to work properly on my XP machine both as mdb and mde, and through runtime. *However, on the Vista Business SP2 machine the tab control replacements are not visible. *Not any part of it, not the image, text box or rectangle. However, if I click where they 'should' be, it still brings up the required page on the tab control. *So, it is there, just not visible? I'm thinking I must have done something to change it. *I have looked at the properties for each element in the first and second versions and they are identical. *There are no new procedures on the elements or on the form. I'm stuck as to where to look next? Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Franc. |

I've also imported the form from the first version, which worked on the vista machine, into the second version, and it no longer worked. The tab control replacements were no longer visible, although they still worked when clicked upon, as with the original version 2. So, is it possible, there has been a change in the database which vista is not liking? Any help would be great, this is driving me mad! Thanks, Franc. |
