But I'm checking here first to seek recommendations
on commercial solutions & add-in's compatible with A97?
Suggestions anyone?

I type USPS 3800 Barcode into Google and got a link to
http://www.lasersub.com/

I have been using Wasp Fontware to print Code39 on Access reports. Don't
know if they support USPS3800

Hmm, The USPS site states the specs for USPS 3800 are in Publication 109 however I
can't find that publication.

That bar code looks vaguely like the 3of9 but then I suppose most 2D bar codes do.

If it's close of 3of9 you might be able to roll your own code by using the code in
the paragraph in the section labelled Free bar codes at
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/barcode.htm

I think it's the same barcode format.
