I have a database that is used for radiology transcriptions. A user
wants to be able to transcribe into an access field while the access
database is minimized. This is necessary because what the user wants
to do is to be able to look at a digital radiograph on the screen (in
another program that is maximized) while transcribing via a voice
recognition program into access (which is now minimized and sitting at
the bottom of the screen).

Is there a way to keep focus on the access database even though it is
minimized?
