How to Connect my Database to my web page.(or web server)

I need info, so i can get this page working on the net. I have my web
site build in
PHP-NUKE, and i have all my info for the web page in my database, i am
using MYSQL 4,
and i upload the data but i dont now how to integrate my data whit my
web page, ANY HELP PLEASE. THANKS
