Why? * If you send multiple copies of a 1 page reports to a printer they each should
print on their own sheet of paper and not print one on each side.

If this is the case I'm quite curious as to the make and model of the printer and if
the printer drivers are up to date? *

The report is a building permit application. The applicant
information prints on the front and the "legal stuff" and signature
areas print on the back. In some instances, the information is short
enough to fit on one page, but the majority is on two. The remaining
reports within the db print one sheet/page (simplex).
Set the printer options from the PC to always print duplex. If it gets only a one
page report then it won't print duplex.

Tony-
Then the other reports within the db print duplex, which we don't
want. This is the only one we want to print duplex.

If you went to design mode for the report, selected Page Setup from the
file menu, and selected the Page tab, you can set the report to a
specific printer. I suppose you can set up the duplex option vrom
there. The properties would be for that specific printer for that
specific report.

So create two printers pointing to the same physical printer?

That would work as well, I'd think.

Please ignore Tony Toew's posting as Tony's answer to just about
every question is linked tables and jets. No matter how appropriate
his
response.

LOL!

I suppose that makes Aaron the pot, unfortunately Tony you are temporarily
the kettle, but I'm sure that is an honour which will move around.
