I've installed an A2003 database at several sites and the problem I'm about to describe is only showing itself at one site. The problem also does not appear in my test environment. I'm assuming it must have something to do with printer setup or drivers for the printers being used at that particular site. When a report is previewed on the screen it looks fine, but when the report is printed the font is larger and the text in some text boxes is cut off on the right side similar to if a column in Excel isn't wide enough. The text in the text boxes is multiple lines and all lines have the truncation on the right of the text box. If the report is sent to pdf using the Lebans "Report To PDF" code, the resulting PDF looks fine on the screen and also prints fine with the correct size font. Are there any common printer setup problems that can cause this type of behavior? A fontont is not available on the printer.The printer then uses a |
