Default Help/About in Access 2007 - 07-28-2009 , 03:06 PM

Newbie question.

In A2003, I select from the menu Help/About and I see the version and
the SP that I have; A2003 SP3.

Is there a way to see the version and SP in A2007? I asked IT to
install A2007. This did not include Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Do I
need SPs for both Office 2007 and Access 2007 or just Access? I think
the most current SP for 2007 is SP2, but I'm not sure I'm up to date
with an SPs.

Just go:

office button->access options (lower right)

Then from the left pane choose the very button one called resources.

Then you can choose "about Microsoft Office Access 2007"

Most of the tools->options stuff from older versions can be found in the
"access options" area

Thanks Albert. I didn't see any SP version number, just Access 2007 and
it and an MSO number, so I did a check for updates and it said I needed
SP2...I assume SP2 also has SP1 so it's been downloaded and installed.
