Default "File / Convert To PDF" now appearing on a client's MDE menu - 11-21-2011 , 07:09 PM

Hi,

We have an application that we distribute as an Access 2003 MDE. We
just had a client call us and question why on one of their PCs that
the option "Convert To PDF" is not appearing! It is appearing in a
couple of their menus on other computers.

We have no such option in our menu.

Any idea where this came from (I guess a third party utility or they
have a newer version of Access installed). How is this appearing on
our custom menu?

The culprit is Adobe 9 which installs itself into toolbars, including
our Access 2003 runtime mde application! But, since the user can not
edit the menu, he can not remove it from our application!
