I have spent the past two years creating an herbal database with photos of the herb in a container field. When I try to export the file to access, since more people have access instead of filemaker. I get an error message saying it cannot export the container field. Any ideas how I can do this and not loose all the photos? |

Put all your pictures in a separate folder and make the pictures bitmap. You can then display the pictures in a form or report with an image control (see the toolbox). In the image control, set the Picture property to the FULL path to the picture you want to display.
