Default Dates - 04-24-2009 , 04:07 AM

I have charts within forms selected by months and years i.e. April
2008 to September 2008 etc 6 monthly and 12 monthly charts.

My boss would like a menu that people select i.e. April 2008 as a
Start Date then September 2008 as an End Date, I have a form with a
drop down list box for these dates, then go and get this chart.

I am not sure where to start on this, I have done this a while back
but cant remember what I did?

Any help would be fantastic, any thoughts of where to start.

Elaine

Do you have a separate form for each time frame? Let's say for your
above example you have a form called AprSep2008?

I think most folk would have 1 form to present a chart for the date
range specified. But...

I suppose you could create a table with Start/End dates and the form
name. You could store the dates as Text. Start = Apr 2008 End = Sep
2008. Or simply 1 field that stores Apr-Sep 2008. When the user
selects the value, the AfterUpdate event calls the form associated with
that row.
