In Access 2007, my cursor sometimes behaves badly. Ex: Instead of
automatically changing to the correct type of sizing handle as the
mouse moves over a control, I have to click to make the sizing handle
show up. Then, after I drag to, say, widen the control, I have to
click to make that change appear.

It's really quite maddening when I am trying to fine-tune things. And
I don't see this behavior when I switch to 2003.
