If I compact & repair a FE AK2 database I normally get no problems.
If I set the option to compact & repair it on close, I frequently get an
error saying Field "Description" not found. There is no field in either the
FE or BE called Description. The only reference to "Description" is in VB
where I get the description property of an object (Form, Query, Report etc)

Any ideas please

The FE database typically doesn't have to be compacted, certainly not
every time you exit the app.
