I asked Albert, regarding A2010, whether the data collection section was improved last November/December. He didn't feel that there was much of any change. But with Web forms, was that an issue? I agree with him. I would prefer doing data collection using the web instead. A2010 will be coming out mid-May. |

If you choose to use info path forms in place of HTML, then yes, your responers not only require outlook, but ALSO infopath. However, if you choose HTML, then no software is requied on target comptuer. |

Are you using HTML forms or infopath forms? |

clearly the source of your problem -- you made the wrong decision on the front end, likely because the implications of that choice were not made clear to you. If you're using HTML forms, it's difficult for me to conceive of how it could possibly generate the problems you're reporting. |
