I asked Albert, regarding A2010, whether the data collection
section was improved last November/December. He didn't feel that
there was much of any change. But with Web forms, was that an
issue? I agree with him. I would prefer doing data collection
using the web instead. A2010 will be coming out mid-May.
Albert said this in one of his posts:

If you choose to use info path forms in place of HTML, then yes,
your responers not only require outlook, but ALSO infopath.

However, if you choose HTML, then no software is requied on target
comptuer.
Are you using HTML forms or infopath forms? If the latter, that's
clearly the source of your problem -- you made the wrong decision on
the front end, likely because the implications of that choice were
not made clear to you.

If you're using HTML forms, it's difficult for me to conceive of how
it could possibly generate the problems you're reporting.

I saw that and responded to his post that it does not work. I also gave
a link
to another post where another person using HTML was having the same
issue

I am NOT using Infopath.

You can try it yourself using HTML and see if it actually works for you.
If it
does, I am doing something wrong when responding to the form from a
Yahoo/Gmail account. All I am doing in the Yahoo/Gmail account is
responding to the message with the required input, but that does not
work. This is what I requested of Albert and Salad, but Salad did not
have A2007 to try it out.

It should not be difficult to conceive as someone else was also having
issues like mine

Thanks for your time.

I guess I have a hard time understanding why web-based email would
produce malformed HTML, or why the processing utility would depend
on the kind of HTML that is so easily broken.

I also thought it would work before I tried it.
Try it yourself and see. It should not take more than 10mins if you have
Outlook 2007 and Access 2007.
