Hi! I have created some MS Access applications (Forms) that use linked
tables on a SQL server. The problem is that when I originally linked
the tables (ODBC, Machine Source) I used my login/ID. I now need to
change the links to another login/ID. I see that I can use the Linked
Table Manager to do this, but it appears I have to do it for each
link. Is there any way I can do this for all of them at once? |

Not sure what you're talking about. Attached (linked) tables do not
depend on the login/ID of the user for access. If you're talking about
security permissions those would be set on the SQL Server by the SQL
Server's Security manager. Just ask that person to allow User X or,
better yet, Group X, of which User X is a member, access to the tables.
If you are the Security manager for the SQL Server you'll just have to
add the permissions yourself.
If you're talking about attaching tables to the front-end (FE) - Any
user who has access to the FE can attach a table as long as they can log
on to the FE.
