Default CDO A2000 mdb on Win 7 with Office 2010 - 11-13-2010 , 10:46 AM

I have an A2000 mdb that uses CDO without any problems. The mdb was
moved to a computer with Office 2010 and Win7 and when I attempt to
email from the mdb, I get an error message that

The 'SendUsing' configuration is invalid.

Do I need to install CDO separately or ??

Karl

If I'm not mistaken, you are attempting to run a DB developed in a 32bit
environment on a computer that is most likely running in 64bit.

It has been one of the main reasons I have resisted the temptation to update
my system as I have no idea what to expect once I go there.

HTH

Good luck

Cheers
Mark.

Yes, you do. Beginning in Exchange Server 2007 and Outlook 2007, CDO
1.2.1 will no longer be provided as a part of the install of the
product.
