Dear All, Since we upgrate to office 2010 using access-databases bij Remote Desktop creates copies of the database named as 'database, database1, database2, ...'. Is there some setting that does trigger this behavior? Filip |

Try turning off the option for Compact on exit. Hopefully you have split the database, and each user has their own separate copy of the front end (so they cannot interfere with each other.) -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP.
