Is there an easy way to do this? Track name AutoCorrect was
constantly corrupting tables but now I need to see what's using what.

Are you concerned with where a FIELD is used, or a Table, Query, or
Report? If it is changes to field names you are worried about, Allen
Browne (bless him!) has a utility on his web site:
