Default Access 03 application does not print color - 12-17-2010 , 08:11 AM

On several of my software package installations, built using Access
03, the reports do not print in color, but end up being black and
white.

Any ideas? Is this a software or hardware problem?

John

I see that no one has responded to your post. I'm no expert
but. . .maybe the user needs to choose File or the Office button
( both on top left), then choose Print, then make sure that the
printer is set to print in color. To save money on needless color
printing, some companies set the default to grayscale or black/white.

Access isn't reliable. That's the problem. Move to SQL Server Reporting Services, then you can export reports to PDF, Excel, Word without any trouble
