2010 license warning - 10-10-2011 , 03:40 PM

I have a database written in Access 2002. It runs just fine on 2003
and 2007. Now a new user with 2010 is getting a message, "cannot
verify the license for the documentation database". What does she
need to do? She already tried reloading 2010. Thanks! Nance
