It seems another Ingres book was published at the end of January this

presentation in Punta Cana and thought it was interesting but still

Yup, it describes my concept of the design advisor.

It's a concept and an experimental implementation. I recently updated my
svn branch to match the current main code but there hasn't been any
further work on it
