Now that surprises me. If someone had asked me I'd have guessed you
might rate swans higher than ducks. Last summer a swan in my village
killed a scottie dog by drowning it in front of a group of children
and the dog's owner. I saw another swan stampede a herd of cows by
charging the entire herd. Swans demand respect, with threats, and actual
bodily harm.

Ducks on the other hand, just seem to foul the water...

Ducks are OK, you can occasionally reason with them. Swans and
Geese on the other hand are a lot like software developers, they do
what ever they feel like and totally ignore everything else....

Ducks, Geese, and Swans are all very good ...

Especially when viewed down the length of my 12 gauge barrel ...

I will now prepare for complaints.

I just looked at the most recent one, and aside from the one picture
with some random guy in a red sweatsirt, I didn't see anything to
complain about.

Andrea was bit by a goose when she was 2. She's now a cop.
I don't suppose the two are related but one never knows.

Sorry for the speed and broken links.

The server is a PIII 500Mhz 256MB Linux box that
sits between my furnace and water softer.

DSL is not terribly speedy, especially up.

As long as they eat 'em, no complaints from me either. I don't
think there's any doubt the well-nourished guy in the red
sweatshirt eats his share. :-)

PS: The police have sent me a picture of Marty doing snow-flake
impressions. I must try to figure out how to post it here.
