All right, that would make me a 'mature' DBA. I like that .....!

Perhaps someone should mention to Alex that Ingres is a "mature" database, not a "really old database"

I'm just old.

FWIW, this works on Firefox v3.0.11 with the Adobe Flash codec

Hello Andrew.

I am so sorry to be dumb to that level, but I cannot get the sound

Please insult me, but give me a clue of what I could have done wrong.

I am doing my awkward actions on an I-Mac.

Didn't work for me either, on a TiBook. Neither safari nor firefox
produced
any audio. Does it needs some particular audio codec installed?

Hi All,

If you're having troubles, to get the sound working, please upgrade to
Flash player 10.

I've tested Ubuntu 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 and Fedora 9, 10, 11 and they all
work with the latest flash player from Adobe.

I've been told that a beta patch for the free flash player works, but
haven't tested it myself so I can't comment.

Please forgive Alex for old vs. mature or proven or other words that
might have been better. He meant well and the overall message was more
important. I suspect anyone who's done a talk and watched the
recording has a list of things they'd tweak.

Andrew
