Hi Frank, There are a couple of possibilities. 1. Ensure the user environment does not have a variable II_DBMS_SERVER defined. 2. Ensure the servers are running and not maxed out with connections. 3. Ensure the servers are open for user activity. This is achieved by connectiing to each server with iimonitor and then asking the question. 'Show server listen'. If the answer is 'CLOSED' then that's why your user isnt connecting. Open the server with a 'Set server open'.
